Jørn Stian Dahl
Jørn Stian has a unique background at the intersection of elite sports, leadership development, and business building. With experience in performance culture (including Olympiatoppen, EXOS) and expertise as a Master NLP Practitioner, he brings the principles of elite sports into the investment world. He is passionate about finding and developing teams with exceptional execution capabilities, combining his deep understanding of human performance with operational support and capital.
